Biography
Zongxin Ke is a PhD student in economics at HKU Business School. He has extensive research interests in economic history, political economics and development economics.
He currently works as a member of China Genealogical Database research team, helping to use big data methods to understand historical genealogy books. Besides, he is trying to understand the political decision-making process behind some important historical moment.
Zongxin’s research has been supported by the Postgraduate Scholarships (PGS).
Prior to joining the University of Hong Kong in 2023, Zongxin completed a BEcon in Labor Economics and BEng in Computer Science from Renmin University of China.
